After placing my order, when will my order be shipped?

The Puprack takes pride in each order placed. We strive for accuracy and promptness and work to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow for 3-5 days to process your order and get it prepared to be shipped to you. Shipping varies on your location. Most shipping times are specified within each product’s description. If not stated, please allow for delivery within approximately 2 – 4 weeks.

 

Will I receive a tracking number and status on my order?

Please allow for 3-5 days after your order has been shipped to receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days of your order being shipped, please email us at info@thepuprack.com.

 

What if I encounter and issue and would like to return part or all of my order?

The Puprack offers 100% money-back guarantee if the productive is damaged or defected.

Products can be returned 30 days from the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed from the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit, refund, or exchange. For all returns, you can ship that product back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number within the shipment. 

If you would like to return your order before receiving it, you must wait for it to arrive and begin the return process. Once the returned package is received, your refund will be processed.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your purchase has been shipped, we are unable to offer modifications, store credit, refunds, or cancellations. If you would like to inquire if your order qualifies for a refund before it is shipped, please contact us via email within 8 hours of your order being placed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

I entered the shipping address incorrectly; how can I change it?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email, and confirm that the address provided was incorrect. Once you have confirmed the incorrect address, please notify us via email at info@thepuprack.com. We are able to change the address with the correct one within 8 hours of the purchase. No refund will be given after the 8 hours of the incorrect submission.
